"You Have No Friends"

Believer
First, I'd like to say that I LOVE facebook and that I'm quite an addict, I get on several times a day from my computer and even my phone! As a matter-of-fact, I did pause in the in the middle of the article to check my facebook. But, anyway, I agree with the author because although facebook may be time consuming I am able to keep in touch with friends from high school and with my friend who lives in Paris now. Facebook is also a great way to meet new people.Facebook helped me adjust to GSU before I came because I met people who were going to GSU and they were just as nervous as I was.I remember at one point in time, one could not imagine having a cell phone now one cannot see how they once lived without a cell phone, and that is exactly how facebook is for those who are regular users of facebook. I feel that this article was convincing to those who feel that they do not want a facebook because the author used personal examples which in turn make it easier for people to relate and maybe want to try to get a facebook. The author also made great counter arguments.

Doubter
This part is dificult to write for me because I have a bias opinion about facebook. As a doubter, the author did not really convince to join facebook because he was not clear on why I should join. Just because he had a great experience from facebook doesn't mean that I would.I can see where people would want privacy and although facebook has privacy settings, people can still see what is going on in your life. He was not convincing enough to me as to how people could be stopped from seeing certain things on your page. If I were a doubter, I would not be convinced because I would want to spend time doing other things besides sitting on facebook all day and night.
